John Sisk & Son Ltd is an international construction company who were working with a client in need of a quality office fit out. The IDA, an Irish government agency who has played a key part in attracting Foreign Direct Investment to Ireland were undergoing a fit out project at their offices at Three Park Place, Dublin, and John Sisk & Son Ltd were the chosen to deliver the project.

Westgate’s market leading freestanding temporary hoarding system Hoardfast, was chosen to create internal site rooms for the duration of this project, providing essential office and welfare spaces for contractors on site.

The Hoardfast product is a modular system made up of panels, supports and finishing U-channels, which are very quick, clean and easy to install. The Hoardfast uPVC system is lightweight so can be easily installed and subsequently demounted and reconfigured around site, so ideal for multiple projects or phased work.

Westgate supplied 195 x 2.25m high Hoardfast uPVC panels and equal foot supports, as well as a number of ready built and ready to install uPVC doors and frames.

Hoardfast site rooms are available as a standard pre-set package or can be designed and supplied bespoke. Site rooms are available in the popular free-standing solution or if preferred, can be supplied as a floor-to-ceiling option.

Additional extras available with our site rooms include vision panels, adding a roof and having installation completed by Westgate.
