We are seeking a highly motivated, positive and collaborative individual to join our team. It is anticipated you will have the excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to successfully undertake this senior and influential role. You will lead an internal team of project managers and design surveyors on the delivery of multiple small to medium sized projects, taking particular responsibility for planning and allocating projects, senior level reporting, oversight of projects, supply chain management and development of the team.
You will be focused on delivering projects to approved deadlines and budgets with proactive stakeholder engagement, risk/issue/dependency and resource management.

Qualifications and Experience:
Educated to degree level, preferably within an Engineering discipline, applicants should have a proven background in the successful management and delivery of construction-based projects or programmes of work. Experience in running governance and contract management as well as managing and influencing key stakeholders is essential as is team management. A minimum of 3 years project management experience within a construction/engineering environment is essential,
APM Project Management Qualification desirable
What will the role be?
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Stafford (Head Office based)
There will be some requirements to travel occasionally to both manufacturing suppliers and customers in the UK and abroad in order to fully understand the necessary specifications of the projects you are working on.
